Choices , Chances ,Changes
We have our own choice/s , we have many Chances and there are so many aspects in ourself that we can make Changes ! People are mean to be different from each other . That's why we are unique .Never blame our very existence . Otherwise , try to understand ourself and give something to the community . Human Nature is the greatest God gift to every each of us . So why don't us just keep improving and be someone useful or at least didn't causing any burden to other .
Here i give 3 step to make use of our uniqueness :
1. Choices
Choice is the process where there are mental process of judging the consequences of multiple options and selecting one of them . Choice must be make wisely by considering the benefits ,advantages or disadvantages of the choice made and we must select the best option to ensure maximum advantages . We must be very strict when choosing . Our selection to the option given may not the best. But , at least it solved the problem .
More complex option (often decisions that affect what a person thinks or their core beliefs) include choosing a lifestyle, religious affiliation, or political position. Take time to choose for complex option . Literally, option like this have a huge influence to whatever decision made .

- Command decisions, which can only be made by you, as the "Commander in Chief"; or owner of a company.
- Delegated decisions, which may be made by anyone, such as the colour of the bike shed, and should be delegated, as the decision must be made but the choice is inconsequential.
- Avoided decisions, where the outcome could be so severe that the choice should not be made, as the consequences can not be recovered from if the wrong choice is made. This will most likely result in negative actions, such as death.
- "No-brainer" decisions, where the choice is so obvious that only one choice can reasonably be made.
2. Chances
Chances can be interpret as ' The unknown and unpredictable element in happenings that seems to have no assignable cause' and ' A favourable set of circumstances; an opportunity ' . Truly the the variation of definition given not the matter . What matter most are how we react toward the chances given to us . There are quotes saying " sometimes we looking at the same door again and again hoping that it will open again ,and we forget the other door that waiting for us to enter " .
We must be proactive and inovative . Furthermore ,chances sometimes need to be create by ourself . Be creative and proactive . Our action decide our reputation .Our action is our first step to success . People that saw chances but didn't take it will never be able to changes his/herself , but people that have chances but didn't use it will never see light at the end of the tunnel !
3. Changes
Changes can be describe by two aspect .First is a process which to alter , to make different , to change the position ,character or appearance . Second is the improvement from one point to another point . Doesn't matter which direction of improvement . Or an act to pass from one state to another .
Changes from aspect of improvement is influence by the 2 step . Choice you have chosen and Chances that have you take and make use of it . So it all depend ... Meanwhile changes from aspect of process are all about what will you do to suit with time demand , how to suit with productivity demand . This aspect is very important . Besides , improvement is all depend on the process we go through .
So it is in you hand!
Human nature ?
When they must make choice , they wait . and wait ..and wait . When they feel want to choose... oh no ... other person have choose and chances fly away ... They want to changes. Surely they can ,but , there are thousands miles of process because other person are far more advanced . What a waste of time and energy .
Time is running out ! It became more competitive ! We cannot afford to play wait and see because someone outside there are looking at you and waiting the best moment to grab the chances you have .
So , never say wait! Choices ,Chances and Changes . The Power of 3 C's (^_^)
