Hi friend....^_^....good morning .May God bless us and may success with us all the way to enjoy our life .
I will attend Mass at Church this morning and hope i won't feel lazy. Today i gonna write about " performing routine as usual or make changes in the way you live your life ".
A routine is a sequence of actions regularly followed. Non-routine would be something you wouldn't do at all regularly.
For example " My evening routine is home by six and dinner on the table by seven.
Sleeping late is not or non routine in my family" .
Surely , performing routine is not so hard as a routine is an act we usually do.We have our self-discipline ,we have our alternative if something went wrong and we have our own self-motivation . But the question is " performing routine as usual or make changes in the way you live your life "
But of course, performing routine cannot be judge as wasting time by not making change in your life . Routine does have benefits that maintain the quality level of our life . Here are routine that we always perform ^_^ .

If you aware of yourself you will find that children can go out and enjoying their school non-stop .Running and playing almost throughout the whole day .Then, we’re easily worn out at work
during the day, we need something like chocolate to give us and energy to keep us energetic and do our job .
In my opinion ,bedtimes routine take the reason . Our sleep habits are nowhere near as healthy as our kids’, and we either
have to pay the price or try to make up for it. We have more commitment and thus tiring our mind as well our body .
Having a regular,
predictable sleep-wake cycle will make you feel more rested, and it
will make you healthier. Our bodies need rest
to recover from the activities and stress of the day. Scheduling this
rest at the same time every day lets your body know that it is going to
get the rest it needs, and keeping to this schedule will allow you to
both fall asleep and wake up easier because your body knows what is
expected of it.
Just planning a daily bedtime and sticking to it
will do wonders for your energy levels and your health, but there are
more benefits to having a schedule for your days if you choose to
incorporate them.
This are just a few of benefits for performing our routine regarding our bedtimes . There are many more activities we can do as routine .
So , performing routine as usual or make changes in the way you live your life? The answer is not definitely " NO " but with consideration we must perform it wisely .

Mealtimes
There is a saying that breakfast is the most important meal that you should have to become energetic and active during the day . If you work eight hours a day, then likely at least one of your meals will fall at the same time every day.

Skipping this meal often cause by the habit of certain people who take sleep longer ( it is a Human Nature ). This is a bad idea, for more than
one reason. We must take consideration to Mealtimes to put it as our routine . Sometimes people forget to take their meals because how committed they are toward their job but we can say it as the inability to manage our time properly .Thus ,this prove that routine should be perform in order to change the way we live our life . But it comes with a wise consideration toward the way we do something .
We cannot simply scheduling our mealtimes , otherwise we must look on our daily activities .It depend on how difficult they are . One that have job with high demand of energy should take their extra meal more often such as snacks or chocolate which provide us with energy .
Thus we should perform our routine on mealtimes based on our job-energy -demand to decorate our way of living our life to become much better (^_^)
Getting Things Done
Having a daily and weekly routine will do wonders for your productivity. It boost and it encouraging our mind and body because we are at the state of mastering the ability of ourself .

Getting things done can be more easier if we have planning . Instead of thinking what to do next , you'll have much more time doing it . That what we get when we have planning , and planning always exist in our routine .

routine can eliminate a lot of unnecessary stress in your life and
leave you the energy to stress about the important things and the
unexpected, because everything is no longer unexpected. It's all in our head , in our memory which the body can stand the process involved .It match a saying that say " practise make perfect" .
As such , routine is a very helpful and useful habit which made life easier and thus enjoyable .
Hence , performing routine as usual i think is very practical to enable us making changes in the way we live our life. Routine make life easier ,routine save time , routine maintain our health and routine enable us enjoy our life .Human nature! Very unique and very interesting to know .(^_^)...Performing routine can suite the needs of human nature that are ...always want things run smoothly in their life and want to enjoy their life freely ...so have Routine .But .Be smart (^_^)
