When Is The Best To take Shower ?
In The Morning Or At Night?
When is the best time to take a
shower. I know everyday is best, but is the first thing in the morning the
best?
It really is basically a matter of
individual preference. Here is the fact i got from http://www.blurtit.com/q725967.html(^_^).......
While sleeping, people will shed thousands of skin cells and sweat during the night. In opting to shower of an evening, prior to going to bed, you will be washing away a lot of the dead skin cells and by drying your body with a towel afterwards you will be getting rid of a lot more, meaning that you’re likely to attract less bugs and mites into your bed, meaning you could have the luxury of not changing your bedding quite as often. Warm water relaxes your body and prepares it for rest, and consequently sleep. The lovely, cosy feeling you get from climbing into bed with your body all clean and fresh is merely a bonus.
The argument for showering first thing in the morning, before going to work is that because you will have slept in your own perspiration during the night, and of course shed dead skin, that it is simply not pleasant to walk around all day feeling dirty and smelly. Therefore a shower in the morning, especially if you have a morning exercise routine, will set you up for the day; increasing your confidence in social situations and preparing you for any unforeseen events such as going for a drink with friends after work.
A cold shower, or more specifically turning your shower colder during the last few minutes of a shower has some health benefits: Warm water will send blood rushing to your skin, cold water will send it rushing to your internal organs, a combination of this i.e. Starting with warm and ending with cold will boost the circulation and can help avoid conditions such as hypertension, varicose veins, acne and hardness of the arteries. Therefore the best advice would be to have a normal shower of an evening and another of a morning, with the last few minutes turned to the cold setting. Community Answer
Its clearly that both are important . For me , i usually take shower after playing hockey, often at 8 pm. Sweating made you fell exhausted ,tired and smell very bad . I think this more than enough to tell ourselves why we should take shower ! When i finish my bath . The felling is very different . Besides freshen our body , shower also boost your spirit to do job and boosting our confidence to socialize with other .
So hopefully this information I gave make them realize that not bathing, especially in the morning has many disadvantages. Such behaviour is not only inconvenient for their ownself but also other people around them. Bad smell like armpit odour, bad breath and body odour, for instance fishy smell makes people uncomfortable .
If you are in the class, others will not be able to focus.
It is the human nature to gossip people when other have does something bad .
Then, change the habits of skipping shower for your own benefit and to maintain social communication with friends around (^_^)
